The laser microphone defeater sticks to a window and masks the voices in the glass that a laser microphone tries to read.
- About 500 hours of use per 9V battery
- Mounts on the inside of a window with a suction cup
- Masks room voices in the glass with a range of frequencies
- On/off switch so you choose when it runs
- One unit per window or pane
A laser microphone points an invisible beam at a window and reads the tiny vibrations that voices make in the glass. The Laser Microphone Defeater helps stop that.
It attaches to the inside of a window with a suction cup. When it is on, it sends a range of frequencies into the glass. That masks the vibrations from voices in the room, so a laser beam cannot turn them back into speech.
Turn it on with the switch. A blue light shows it is running, and you will hear a soft buzz, which is normal. It runs about 500 hours on one 9V battery, included.
Each unit protects one pane of glass. For a boardroom or office with several panes, order one for each pane.
It is a simple, low-cost privacy step for offices, boardrooms and homes with street-facing windows.
