Shipping
Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. You get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
Private packaging
- Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with no logo.
- We only send your order to the shipping address you give us.
- We never mail anything else to your home or billing address.
United States
These are the current US shipping options at checkout:
- Free UPS Ground (3–5 business days) — free on every US order
- FedEx 2-Day — $15 on orders under $99; free on orders of $99 or more
- FedEx Priority Overnight — $35
- Hold for Pickup near you (overnight AM) — $50. Your order does not go to your shipping address. It goes to the closest FedEx, Walgreens, Dollar General, or other participating FedEx Hold at Location. We email the pickup address with your FedEx tracking number. Bring a government-issued ID to pick up.
PO Boxes
Orders to a PO Box ship by USPS and usually arrive in 2 to 8 business days.
International
- Canada: Canada Post with prepaid duties (5 to 10 days) $20; UPS Air (1 to 2 days) $35, duties not included; UPS Air hold for pickup (1 to 2 days) $35, duties not included
- Europe: USPS First-Class (5 to 10 days) $15; UPS Air (1 to 3 days) $45
- Australia: Australia Post Economy (5 to 10 days) $15; UPS Air (1 to 3 days) $45
- Japan: Economy (5 to 10 days) $15; UPS Air (2 to 3 days) $45
- India: UPS Air (3 to 5 days) $45
- Rest of the world: Economy (7 to 14 days) $15; UPS Air (2 to 5 days) $45
Free shipping applies to US addresses only. Outside the US, duties and taxes may be due on delivery unless the method says they are prepaid.
