These terms apply when you use proofpronto.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Prices and stock can change without notice.
- If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Sales tax
We add sales tax at checkout where the law requires it.
Payment
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.
- Prepaid Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards also work.
- Your card statement will show our company name, Atlas Electronics Inc.
- We may ask you to confirm your billing details before we ship. This protects you from fraud.
Fraud
We report fraud to the card issuer, the carrier, and the authorities.
Lawful use and recording consent
Our products are sold for lawful use only. You are solely responsible for how you use them.
