Returns and refunds

Items can be returned within 90 days from delivery for a refund or an exchange. Return shipping is free: we provide a prepaid return label.

Starting a return

Sign in at your account, open the order and pick the item. We email you a free return label.

Item condition

To get the whole amount back, send the item back unused and complete, in its box with every accessory and manual. If it arrives used, damaged or missing parts, up to 40% of the item price may be kept from your refund.

When you get paid back

Once your return reaches us, the money goes back to the card or wallet you paid with within 5 business days. Some banks need a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Want a different item? Start an exchange from your account: open the order, pick the item and ask for an exchange. The new item ships after we get the original back.

Warranty

Every product is covered for 1 year against defects in parts and workmanship. If it fails in that year, we fix or replace it, at our discretion. Misuse and accidental damage are not covered.
