Every recorder and device we sell comes with a 1-year warranty, plus lifetime warranty support.
What is covered
If your item stops working because of a defect within 1 year of delivery, we will repair or replace it for free, at our discretion. The warranty lasts 1 year from delivery.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, water, or misuse
- Normal wear, such as scratches
- Lost items or lost recordings
