Our professional-grade 288-Hour recorder with SpeechEQ™ is engineered to boost and capture frequencies in the 85 - 255 Hz range, providing effective security and investigative recording from up to 50 feet away. Human speech ranges from 85 to 255 Hz - our VR series recorders are specifically engineered to capture human speech in the 85-255 Hz range, while cutting out noise outside of this range.
Start and stop recording by rotating the switch, which looks discreetly like a hook for a tether or keychain. The VR-8 features an internal rechargeable battery, but can also record for up to 288 hours continuously while plugged in to a USB port.
