It's not real easy to follow the set up process and then how to listen once you think you have a recording. I have been watching YouTube Videos but I am still not sure how to listen to recordings. I need better step by step instructions.

I think if you have a history you should be able to get one free. The switch that turns on one of my recorders broke and I do not think there is a way to fix it
It was good. It came unmarked so you cant know what is inside. And d package was so tightly bound. You would have to rip it open to gain access inside. The recordings have been parfect too
