What if I can't ship to my home?
If you choose Hold-for-Pickup as your shipping method at checkout, we will automatically ship your package to your nearest Post Office or UPS Store location for pickup. You must show a valid government issued ID to pick up your order.
Will the shipping box or label have any branding?
Never. Your order will arrive in a plain box or envelope with no identifying branding.
What if I don't want to use my credit card?
Simply go to your local discount, grocery or convenience store and purchase a Visa, MasterCard or American Express gift card for at least the amount of the item you wish to purchase plus shipping charges (plus sales tax if you're shipping to a Florida address.)
Will you call me or send any invoices or marketing materials to my address?
We will never send anything to you other than the products you order. Furthermore, we will never call or email you unless you opt-in to our newsletter.
